I believe coaching is a passion that swells from deep within from a love of sport and competition, but most of all, from a desire to help facilitate the opportunity for each player to grow to be the best person that he/she can be; academically, athletically, emotionally, socially and personally. First and foremost, I am an educator and I view all athletics as a vehicle to participate in the guidance of the continued all-around growth of our young women and men.
