The 21 triumphs represent a new program-record and the trip to the national quarterfinals is the deepest run in the national tournament in Scarlet Raider men's soccer history.  Freshman goalkeeper Andres Medina ends his marvelous rookie season ranked 10th in goalkeeper minutes played (2,012-plus), No. 17 in save percentage (.849) and No. 41 in total saves (107). Rosenborg was preparing for their UEFA Europa League matches.
